There's no "right" order, although there are preferred orders. What you listed is good, except you'll want the tuner first. Trying to tune a signal with chorus and delay is nearly impossible.

In an effort to improve the responsiveness of e-mail for everyone, the e-mail servers will be out of service.

We are hopeful that this change will improve the performance of e-mail.

Yup...what Jim said. Definitely put the tuner first. Everything else is "correct." The only other idea I'll throw out there is that you might consider sticking the chorus and delay in your amp's effect loop if it has one. Some people like it that way, other people don't...

Most people would agree that what Jim said is right. One added thing, if you have an effect loop, some people feel that time based effects are best used there.

There are a some distortion and fuzz pedals that seem not to like it if they aren't first in the chain - they won't distort much. I don't know if the Tube Screamer is one of those, but definitely compare the sound of putting it first in the chain vs. later.

 

Otherwise I agree with everyone else's comments.
