robmix
I know we all have our favorites, but what are the pedals that you can't do without ? Maybe the things that your average Guitar Center junkie doesn't know about. What about any secret pedals session musicians use ? I know the Arion SCH-Z chorus is really popular amongst the session cats and that's out of left field. TurboDog
This is an obvious one, but a Tubescreamer is a must for overdriven tube gain (not metal).
Meriphew_dup1
For me it's my Marshall Guv'na pedal (original - not the reissue Guv'na II) and my VHT Valvulator I (a must for multi pedal setups - I've got 12 on my pedalboard). _____________________ Post indie electronic Meriphew www.meriphew.com www.meriphew.com

Tedster
Yup, Tube Screamer for me. Also I've got an old Arion chorus that doesn't work right now. a Dano chorus that eats batteries for lunch...and a no-name (I think it's a Boss with the name scraped off) tremolo pedal. That's about it, although I wouldn't mind adding a wah. "Cisco Kid, was a friend of mine"
UncleTom
I have my favs in one drawer. the Arion SCH Z is not the one to get the Arion SCH 1 sounds Better. the Z is darker sounding. I will be removing the TS-9 when I get my new amp. The Voodoo is real cool as a boost! it fattens up your sound for playing clean real nice or if you add a TS-808 with the Voodoo 1, you can't beat it! Landau and Henderson use them, so I gave it a try and and now I know why.... http://home.online.no/~llrustad/hugeracksinc/you/thdrawer.jpg
Jedi
I'm not too big on pedals, but the Voodoo Lab Micro Vibe is great for a Leslie Sound depending on how you set up. I think it is a solid pedal, first time I heard it I fell in love. Namaste Jedi aka Zen Bastard "All conditioned things are impermanent. Work out your own salvation with diligence." Rim
Uncle Tom, Your picture reminded me of what my must-have pedal is: Boss CS-3 (same as yours) I'm sure most if not all of us have some kind of compression pedal. Not very flashy but a must-have. Oh, a trick I recently learned on this pedal is to crank up the sustain when I need guitar feedback. Before, I would stand in front of the amp or house speakers (when going direct) but my results were inconsistent. Not so with this pedal. Another must have for me is my Morley Bad Horsie. The sound itself isn't anything to rave about, but I love its operation. I only have to step on it (not click down) to engage and I only have to lift my foot off the pedal (no clicking necessary either) to disengage it. On some songs I do, I have to switch between Wah and non-Wah fairly quickly and having to click is tricky. aka riffing Double Post music: Strip Down http://rimspeed.com http://loadedtheband.com
