blake
Have any of you tried the Yellow Jacket converters made by THD? If so, how do you like them?

telewhacker
i have a set in my 66 super. i love them! i think they would KILL in my 61 tremolux, but i am going to have to build a new head cab if i ever want to find out. the EL-84s are too long with the yellowjacket. dont expect a big drop in volume with a 2 tube amp though. i would really like to hear how a pair of them sound in a 4-tube marshall, like the world's biggest baby twenty maybe?
