Guitarzan
i just picked up a godin sd , i am amazed at the guality to price ratio, it has the hum, sing, sing pickup in a pearloid pickguard, vintage style trem , 24fret -24.75 scale neck with rosewood on birdseye maple. the body is a 2 piece silver leaf maple body with some subtle figuring in transparent red.what a piece of work! there is mucho hand finishing on this, the neck alone is amazing.is there anyone else out there who has a godin? http://www.soundclick.com/bands/pagemusic.cfm?bandID=193274 rock it, i will
JamesPeters
I've used them, and have a few friends that own them. Of course being in Canada, they're one of the few "production" guitar companies in the country, and they do quality stuff. Great for us! Yeah, that's what we need more of, people playing Godin guitars through YCV40/80 amps--show your Canadian stripes! http://petersamps.com Handmade tube guitar amps
Wickerman
I played a really nice used Godin. I'm not sure what model it was but it was a Les Paul single cut shape and had two humbuckers. The really cool part was a 4 or 5 band active graphic EQ. It rocked. The guitar was really warm and smooth. It was nice. Too bad it's a canuck. Emperator
Love my Godin LGX-SA. Incredible value. All I get are compliments on my sound with it from the other musicians. The transcducers in the bridge always dial me in something cool. I play with just them, then dial up the pickups of whatever level of mean I want. Wicked in a user friendly way. Guitarzan
cool , guys. the sd is the base model, but you wouldn't know it. what i really want in the future is an LGX3 or LGX. the Lgx is available in my neck of the woods for less than a grand , not bad for 3 seymour duncan duckbuckers and accoustic bridge on a flame carved top.this is with a case. its good that these guitars are not endorsed by every passing guitarplayer , because the price is still excellent. actually the company promotes employee suggestions , which in turn give us more for our money.a lesson other to other manufacturers. http://www.soundclick.com/bands/pagemusic.cfm?bandID=193274 rock it, i will

Guitarzan
they(godin) should be proud of these guitars because they are great! not because of where they are on a map i love mine because it is made like someone cared. everyone involved should be proud!!! http://www.soundclick.com/bands/pagemusic.cfm?bandID=193274 rock it, i will
