KHAN
One of my biggest regrets ever (music wise) was selling my '72 Fender Duel Showman to my cousin about 5 years ago. I was glad it stayed in the family, but I never could shake that nagging sence of loss. This was my first real amp, and I used it out in the clubs for more than ten years. Today I bought it back from him, and all is now right with the world. I know,... who gives a crap? .....But you could knock me over with a feather!!! Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...T O N E ! ! ! ! ------------------ ----------- KHAN (Always hopeful, yet discontent) www.floydtribute.hpwebhost.com So Many Drummers. So Little Time... ricknbokker
Good for you, Khan. Now if I can only get back my stolen Silvertone Twin-Twelve 100watt piggyback... Steve (Tom Geiger sucks...)
Dylan
I can totally relate to you, Khan. I sold an incredibly sounding silverface Princeton Reverb amp when I was short up for cash back in my college days. I've been kicking myself ever since. Plus, the amp is now worth more than double of what I sold it for. D'oh! Glad you got yours back! -Dylan
Ace_dup4
It's great to hear you got your '72 Fender Duel Showman back! I know exactly how you feel. I did the same thing with a 70's Gibson Les Paul Deluxe.
fet
A Fender Dual Showman turned to "6" or higher will destroy insects and small rodents, and maim larger creatures in its path - especially with the "bright" switch on. This is the Richard Marcinko of guitar amps. Khan, fear no heavy-handed drummer: you are king of the jungle now!

Hmmm...a banana would taste great about now. Maybe a few bananas. Just call me Bonzo...and not the drummer. gtrmac
Man I wish I thought of that! Selling all my old stuff to my cousin. With my luck he'd turn out to be a vintage guitar collector and want $100,000 to buy it back though. Nosense cryin' over spilt milk. Ouch! it hurts when you bang you head against the wall!
