bvdd
I've got one but can't get it to work in 3 different Strats. Any comments on this unit, pro/con? .. and have you had any problems getting it to work? Bill.
michael saulnier
Bill. I guess not many of us have used this... could you tell us more about what it is, and why you think it's not working? Is it some kinda mid-boost kit that's on your guitar ala the one the Eric Clapton sig strat has? guitplayer I'm still "guitplayer"! Check out my music if you like... http://www.michaelsaulnier.com
bvdd
guitplayer, Yea, it's like what Clapton has. It's an active push-pull control that replaces a tone pot in a strat. Pull up and you get a BIG volume boost. Turn the knob left, you get a BIG low-mid tone boost ... turn it right and you get a BIG high-mid boost. It uses a 9v bat and does not change the pickguard appearance. I got it from the Stewart MacDonald catalog. www.stew-mac.com If I can get the damn thing to work it should be killer.
