I think he would. I think he would lay in shallow water and fondle the dolphin's belly and give away national security secrets to it and then give it a job in the NSA. Then...... Ever notice how I can really milk a joke to death? [i]at this very moment sensors on a remote satellite system, that we will not name, have detected the words Bush and dolphin in the same sentence.
