ApplePurchase Posted February 4, 2003 Posted February 4, 2003 Ladies and Gentlemen, I was reviewing some of our referrer URLs and notice that some of you are discussing the Apple Purchase Program. Rest assured, the program is legitimate. What we are doing is not very complex, actually. We simply compile names of gauranteed buyers and shop Apple resellers to discount their machines. Many people do not realize this, but Apple regulates pricing and advertising. Resellers are not allows to underprice their machines lower than that of Apple. Since we are technically not resellers, we do not have the same restrictions. In addition to discounting, many Apple resellers spend money by throwing in extra incentives like printers, software, and RAM (not to mention how much money is spent on advertising, etc.). With our program, instead of resellers spending money on these items, the roll that money into the machines. Again, not a very difficult concept. There are more details that we could discuss, but I am sure you get the point. To make a long story short, the program is quite legitimate. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Members Support group at support@applepurchaseprogram.com. You may also speak to a Program Coordinator at 800-310-2256. Have a great evening! Sincerely, Member Support Apple Purchase Program Marbella Technologies, Inc.
Salyphus Posted February 4, 2003 Posted February 4, 2003 Did you also ask Apple if you could steal the look and feel of their Website, if not the actual HTML code?
Wewus432 Posted February 4, 2003 Posted February 4, 2003 Jeebus, they're tracking us. I was not looking at those computers. Anyway, PC's are better than Macs, aren't they, or was that just a vicious lie?
Nawledge Posted February 4, 2003 Author Posted February 4, 2003 easy Sal, I might get a cheap powerbook out of this yet. :D but if I find out they are less than legitimate i'll have to contract Craig to put a hit out on them.
Wewus432 Posted February 4, 2003 Posted February 4, 2003 Be cool man, they're watching us. Uh ya, how bout those Macs. I love president Bush, don't you?

How's Mrs. Support doing these days? By the way, are you real, or am I speaking with a bot-generated response? The Black Knight always triumphs!
Salyphus Posted February 4, 2003 Posted February 4, 2003 Nawledge, I just want you to know that you've been given fair warning. I wouldn't touch that with a 10' polar bear.
vintagevibe Posted February 4, 2003 Posted February 4, 2003 Did you all read the fine print at the bottom of the pate? "*Prices on this site are estimates or our target goals for negotiation. The actual price of the computer will not be known until all reservations are taken and the order is placed with the reseller."
