I own a VIPre. It's one of my favorite pieces of gear in my studio. It makes every mic I own sound great, and it's also an unbelievable instrument preamp. It's almost worth it just for the Rise Time feature, which I jokingly call the Vintagearizer. It's worth every penny, IMO. :thu: dB

Yep, what Dave said. I just picked up a second one so I could get the same sweetness with stereo pairs. Scott

I did not have the chance to talk to Aspen about it but well... maybe next time.
