Gary Trudeau has been addressing the music industry's troubles over the last week or so... He's pretty funny and his charactor's pov is priceless... Here's a link to today's cartoon... and from there you can click on the previous ones from this week. http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/uclickcomics/cx_db_uc/latest guitplayer

I'm still "guitplayer"!

Check out my music if you like...

Too funny! Almost as good as my fave Doonsbury from June 1 1986 - Jimmy mets David Foster in the new "musicianless" studio... http://www.doonesbury.com/strip/dailydose/index.cfm?uc_full_date=19860601&uc_daction=X

Cracked up when I read today's strip this morning. Thudpucker's response to the diva question, "From opera. Like before." was priceless. Whitefang
I started out with NOTHING...and I still have most of it left!

Thanks Guitplayer. I'm not a Dunesbury fan, usually, but these have been great.

I've read Doonesbury on and off for 23 years. Great strip. One of my fav's mirrors this, only in film. edit; Using Phil's link, it took no time to find the strip I described. For your viewing pleasure:

It's easiest to find me on Facebook. Neil Bergman

That's fantastic. I haven't read Trudeau since Georgs Bush's (senior) evil twin was figured prominently in the 80's. Doesn't it give you a funny feeling that the average musician's prediction of what will be is ... pretty lame? Jerry
