FredGuitar
I want to get a reverse reverb effect on my DAW --- an effect similar to the intro on the Bangles cover version of "A Hazy Shade of Winter". What is the best way to do that primarily using plug-ins from Digital Performer?
Rog
I just reverse the audio, apply a 'verb and reverse again. It's a cheesy effect unless you take the time to perfect the reverb and experiment with other effects too. "That's what the internet is for. Slandering others anonymously." - Banky Edwards. tld
Another good method is to record just the reverb (applied to the forward audio), and then reverse the reverb. Takes some playing around with placing it properly in the timeline. I've done this and it can work real well. stanner
i'm a solo guitar looper from a long time ago and started doin it w/ the . and i have had it(reverse mode) modded into my loop boxes over the years. and i'm just here to say -one of the prettiest sounds is a reverse reverb-it can be over used but in context its just *very* cool. s  AMPSSOUNDBETTERLOUDER
