faenwulf
Hi, i have been researching a little bit. i consider those the best stage pianos / hybrids out there: rd700sx s90es clavia nord stage kawai mp8 is there any stage-piano / non-synth out there which has to be added to this list considering this category ? or am i totally mistaken by my research ? thanks, faenwulf PS: i am really concerned about touch and feel ^^
Sven Golly
Yamaha P250. I might also suggest you alter the subject of your post, so that people have an indication of what it is you're asking. "The Elite..." doesn't imply any specific topic. Also, the discussion of stage pianos has been, in some opinions, beaten near to death on this forum. A quick search using the "Search" link at the top would provide you with dozens of threads on this very subject. Cheers, SG
ITGITC
The Kurzweil PC2X should be at the TOP of your list. "Music expresses that which cannot be put into words and that which cannot remain silent." - Victor Hugo

MusicaL
If Sue was around, she'd mention, ever so subtly, the GEM Promegas... aL Gear: Yamaha MODX8, Mojo 61, NS2 73, C. Bechstein baby grand.
Sven Golly
Yes, but my point is that, in those other discussions, people have made the very same suggestions you are looking for (along with their reasons for suggesting them). No big deal, of course... So, as Gas and I have suggested, you should add the Yamaha P250 and the Kurzweil PC2X to your list. Cheers, SG
Dreamer
What? No Promega at all? I am so disappointed!! The list is definitely flawed. Korg PA3X Pro 76 and Kronos 61, Roland G-70, Integra 7 and BK7-m, Casio PX-5S, Fender Stratocaster with Fralin pickups, Fender Stratocaster with Kinman pickups, 1965 Gibson SG Standard
Garrafon
Does a Steinway count as a non-synth top-of-the-line stage piano? Or do they only work well in orchestra pits?

I've always thought you were the quiet, intelligent one, garrafon. ------------------------------------- Ummmmmmm, garrafon, this sentence has now become a MACRO . I figure that perhaps it should be standard-issue response to some of your ummmmmm, more creative posts. gangsu
Sorry to hear that. Similarly, I've been told it will be 140 days (?) for a QuikLok folding bench to arrive, if ever. "........! MusicaL
Just so that everybody knows, I have no beef with Clavia or with Armadillo (their US distributor). It was all a rather unfortunate misunderstanding of the facts with the Store I purchased it from. It's hopefully going to be history shortly... aL Gear: Yamaha MODX8, Mojo 61, NS2 73, C.
