MidLifeCrisis
Good stuff. I sent the link to the female singer I work with who gets a bit prissy at times. Hope she gets the humor. BTW: Does this classify as a musical instrument? Steve A Lifetime of Peace, Love and Protest Music www.rock-xtreme.com

MidLifeCrisis
Originally posted by garrafon: More importantly, I'm thinking you might need to find a new female singer now. Here is why I sent it to her. She usally provides the PA (rental). She booked us at a low paying gig for so called exposure and said she could not afford to rent a PA. Asked if I could bring one. I do and she sits and drinks while I set up and tore down the PA. Never once offered to help to even roll up a cable. I bitched and she retorted that this was not work that a female does. I just about lost it but was quickly restrained by other band members. If she helped, wouldn't it take longer? You have to tell them what to do and fix their mistakes when they get things wrong. (Not just vocalists either - many musicians don't seem to know how to set up a PA.
