dr.keyz
Anyone want to recommend a good sample based piano plug in? I am leaning towards Ivory. Any thoughts?
Stephen Fortner
Ivory is the industry benchmark. We have a review of Native Instruments Akoustik Piano upcoming in December, too. It's also very good, with a different, more in-yer-face character. It's also more CPU-hungry than Ivory, in my experience at least. SilverDragonSoun
Ivory is hard to beat. Check out www.soundsonline.com They have a few different piano samples and they have demos too. jimmymio
Ivory is clearly the one everyone talks about. I'm about to purchase it myself. But if you are a Kontakt user, the Art Vista Virtual Grand also gets rave reviews from lots of users and the MSRP is only $120.
