DanS
Looks like they added reverb, the add-on pack sold seperately before, and the ability to 'age' the organ. It would have to be a decent upgrade $$$ for registered users for me to jump on. What we record in life, echoes in eternity. JeffLearman
Perhaps better tube modeling for the Leslie sim, which would be good. I use B4 live and I'll admit that when I crank that sucker up it does howl nicely, but still the tube sim could be improved, I think. But I won't be running to upgrade. They made the mistake of doing too good a job on the first go-round!

Tom Fiala
How much is an upgrade from B4.1, if you already have the extra tonewheel CD? Tom F. "It is what it is."
RABid
I'm a bit disappointed now that I know a bit more. Looks like those of us that already have the extra tone wheel set are not getting a lot out of the upgrade. Robert This post edited for speling. Robert Yeah - I was wondering what you get out of the upgrade if you're using an exernal Leslie. I also already have the tonewheel set and was hoping that they added to or changed some of the tonewheel models.
Markyboard
After checking out the demo last week, I picked up B4 II update while in LA this week. I've been playing this all day and it is a very nice improvement IMO. I was thinking that by retaining the same tonewheel set this update would not do much for me. But I am loving this thing. I'm not sure how "wrong" it is to run the amp/Leslie sim through a real Leslie but it sounds fantastic. I do set the rotor to stop on the sim and let the real one handle this (obvious). But playing with all the different cabinets and playing with the mic placement and amp drive I'm getting some excellent tones out of this thing. The leakage control and reverb adds a lot as well. Way more versatility then the original and worth the price IMO.
JeffLearman
The upgrade price is $100. I wonder if they fixed any of the bugs -- NIB4 sometimes drops events when using controls, so if I'm doing a palm swipe while moving the expression pedal, I usually get a stuck note or two. Very annoying! Also, they could do a lot concerning MIDI programmability, and either ignoring sustain or else implementing it correctly (ignoring or using it for Leslie speed switching would be best). What it does now is complete nonsense. Fixing things like that would be worth $100 to me.

You can assign any controller to any of its functions and each on/off parameter has a Toggle/No Toggle option so you can control the Leslie with the sustain pedal. They also gave us back selectable midi channels for each manual and the pedals. I was pissed when this went away so I'm glad its back. $100 is list price.
