gangsu
I'm looking forward to seeing the show! Drawback plays keys for Theresa Sokyrka, who's making an appearance tonight. I've never actually tuned into CI so I can't tell you the time or channel, but this is one show I'm not going to miss. drawback ,I've really enjoyed your album These Old Charms with Theresa. Great piano, organ and rhodes. The talent on this forum never ceases to amaze me. "........! Try to make It..REAL! compared to what? ! ! ! ITGITC
Can I get Canadian Idol on American TV? Isn't that illegal and/or immoral? bloodsample
Cool, I just saw it, good stuff Was that an electro? That canadian idol original Rex sang was pretty damn good This makes me wonder, who else on this forum plays in a "pro" band? drawback
gosh. Thanks, fellow canucks. Yes, an electro with black tape covering the logo. Tried to get an endorsement deal with the Swedes but no bites. Think I'll paint the whole thing yellow tomorrow! ____________________________________Rod

LithoJazzoSphere
Yes, an electro with black tape covering the logo. Tried to get an endorsement deal with the Swedes but no bites.I'm curious, what exactly are the rules concerning that? Is there a certain point in terms of income, TV appearances, or general exposure where you can't have the manufacturer's label showing? If you paid for the gear, I can't understand why they would force you to cover up their name, after all, it's free advertising for them. A picture may paint a thousand words, but a melody can paint a thousand pictures.

They don't, it's just artists fishing for endorsement deals. Taping out the manufacturer logo pretty much means: "this space is for rent/your logo could be here/I sure aren't advertising anything for free".
