Claim Check suggestion

Recent gear reviews (Auditions) in Keyboard have added a Claim Check section in which manufacturers can make statements about their own product. My suggestion is for the reviewers to directly evaluate the accuracy of these statements instead of leaving readers to glean the reviewer's approval or disproval from the rest of the review. I typically think of a claim check as verifying whether a manufacturers claims are accurate / justified. In Auditions, the term seems a bit of a misnomer in that the manufacturers' claims go unchecked, at least from direct reviewer commentary.

Thank you for considering the suggestion.

The idea behind Claim Check is that it provides a reference for the whole review. The "Conclusions" section is where writers typically address the CC claims most directly. The goal of having it there is precisely to evaluate the accuracy of manufacturer claims, which I think we should be doing throughout the whole review, not just in one section.

I agree that perhaps we could lay it out or explain it in such a way that it's more obvious what's going on.
