ducking using the sonar 2 dynamic processors.

hi all: i just register and i am happy to be on the site! i would like to know if someone could take me thur step by step on how to do ducking with a kick and snare in one channel and a hi hit in another i want the hi hat to lower the sound of the kick and the snare, any help would be greatly appreciated! adisa ps if you are in the forum craig anderton you are a very down to earth guy you have helped me greatly in the past! thanx
