Anderton Posted December 30, 2002 Posted December 30, 2002 Just curious...my new drum loop CD, "Turbulent Filth Monsters," has been released (details at http://www.discretedrums.com ). Anyone check it out? Any opinions? Anyone using it? Gtoledo3 Posted December 30, 2002 Posted December 30, 2002 Not using it, but I found the article about the making of the cd to be very interesting. But you let the "ring modulation cat" out of the bag! Want mix/tracking feedback? Checkout "The Fade"- www.grand-designs.cc/mmforum/index.php The soon-to-be home of the "12 Bar-Blues Project"
joegerardi Posted December 30, 2002 Posted December 30, 2002 Craig: You left the paren and the period inside your URL, so it doesn't work right... ..joe Setup: Korg Kronos 61, Roland XV-88, Korg Triton-Rack, Motif-Rack, Korg N1r, Alesis QSR, Roland M-GS64 Yamaha KX-88, KX76, Roland Super-JX, E-Mu Longboard 61, Kawai K1II, Kawai K4.
Anderton Posted December 31, 2002 Author Posted December 31, 2002 Thanks much Joe, I fixed it. BTW ring modulation is cool, but the real secret weapon was the Ohm Force "Predatohm" plug-in -- that thing is incredible. It was the only way I could get "feedback drums." Sylver Posted December 31, 2002 Posted December 31, 2002 I've played around a bit with the Ohmforce demos. The quadfromage is awsome. Thier plugs are reasonable too. I really don't know what to put here.
