Milos
http://www.roland.co.jp/DTMP/ http://www.roland.co.jp/products/dtm/PCR-M.html At the moment these are available in Japan. They look like ordinary PCR's but with black top plastic and some signatures about velocity curves.Probably there is something else to make these controllers different then ordinary PCR's(maybe its a keyboard action ,more memory etc.)
Krakit
I don't care how nice these controllers are. If they insist on using those Roland padels I won't be buying. Carl
RABid
Thanks Milos. The PCR-M80 looks like what I have been wanting. I love the feel of Roland keyboards and prefer joystick over wheels. Robert This post edited for speling.
resigned
Why oh why do manufacturers always stop at 61 notes when designing controllers? Where's the 76-noters? Especially, where's the weighted 76-note keyboard controller that people in many forums have been begging for? Why do we always get more of the same thing over and over? My NAMM prediction is that we will see dozens if not hundreds of controllers in the same old 32, 48 and 61 note varieties. The world does not need another 32-note controller for God's sake! RobertWell, I cann't see how these PCR-M's are "new" products when they are preety much same as ordinary PCR's which are elder products(PCR-30 & 50 are old about 2,5 years and PCR-80 is 1,5 years old product). You can go for the PCR-80 for 270$ @ www.zzounds.com or other retailers http://namm.harmony-central.com/SNAMM03/Content/Edirol/PR/PCR-80.html
