Joe Tee
Just thought I would share an idea that I had....I'm in the process of remodeling my home studio. Proudly sitting in the middle of the room is my B3. In looking for an easy way to move it around the room as needed (without purchasing piano dolly's) I came across an inexpensive device called a Shepherd "Super Dolly". I bought 4 of these...one for under each leg of my B3. For a total of $32.00 at the local Home Depot I can easily relocate the organ by myself. These little buggers have 3 small casters on each and are about 6" across...they have a cup in the middle that is perfect for each leg of the B. coyote
That's cool, as long as your required mobility does not extend outside your studio. I used to think I was Libertarian. Until I saw their platform; now I know I'm no more Libertarian than I am RepubliCrat or neoCON or Liberal or Socialist. This ain't no track meet; this is football. cgsnd
as the proud owner of three hammonds (I can't help it, people just give them to me !) I have found that teflon discs to be most effective. You can buy them in sets of four (around $10). They work exceptionally well on carpets. It takes a little msucle to get the organ moving but then it just walks around ! you cna find them in any walmart.

That little red Electro is much easier to transport when I leave the faciliy....
88keys4me
I resemble that remark, having already damaged one disk and not looking for a repeat performance. I sold my B3 some years ago, and I do miss it. I play out only for the occasional jazz quartet, so my S90 covers most of what I need. But I sure do miss the sound and feel of a real Hammond with twin 122's !!
