Welcome to the music biz, or any other biz for that matter. A 21 year old should know that you get a lawyer before you sign any contract. This happens all the time with music, screenplays, software, or any industry where someone needs you to help them create intellectual property. I am sorry that she got skrewed out of credit for the songs, but it happens everyday. Better luck next time.
