orangefunk
Does anyone know if there are any other stereo input mixers apart from this? http://www.dv247.com/invt/6096 I'm really looking for something very similar but perhaps rackmountable and in a 1U or 2U space. I find I only really use stereo with my keyboard so all that EQing and tweaking ends up being duplicated across channels on traditional mono input mixers. Any others? Windreaper
There are plenty of 1U rack mixers with an AUX send and plenty of stereo channels. I use Behringer RX1602 myself. It features 8 stereo pairs, AUX send, metering and internal PSU+power switch. It is also remarkably quiet for a Behringer product. There are also similar mixers by Rolls, MAM, ART, SPL (Grapevine) and Rane (bit more expensive but got more features). Alesis also makes a 3U rack mixer (multimix 12r or something like that) with sliders, EQ and 2(?) AUX sends. None of these mixers got any real EQs but I've had no problems with that (I use mine for submixing only so the signal gets equalized at the main desk anyway). I previously saw the Behringer and thought it was 16 mono channels! Looks exactly like what I need.. then that can free up my little folio mixer for other stuff like guitars and so forth... Nice one!
