Cubase SE Will not recognize my ScriptMaker File, What am I doing wrong

I just bought CUBASE SE Over the weekend and love it but it is not recognizing my bank changes to my external card bank. Everything else is working fine.

 

I edited the script and after entering all my external bank information in ScriptMaker and generating my script It still did not work.

 

I saved it to D:\audio\Cubase SE\Scripts\patchnames\inactive\Yamaha\S30

 

Logged out & into Cubase and removed my S30 From the Midi Device Manager and added it again and it will not recognize the new script.

 

What is the proper way to create/edit Banks?

 

Per my documentation my bank setting should be

 

MSB = 63

LSB = 9

14 BITS = 8073

 

I emailed support but have not gotten a resoponse back other than the knowledge base auto reply.

I got SE to recognize my patch and bank changes. But I did all the editing in Cubase as I could not figure out the scriptmaker method.
