Analogaddict
I ought to be in bed now, I have a rehersal in just a few hours, but I felt I had to share this with you guys, I just bought about 80 issues of Keyboard Magazine ranging from the very first number in 1975 to 1994 - The majority is from 1986, '87 and '88, and there´s a peak again in '93 and '94. In case anybody is interested in a specific old article, feel free to send me a pm and if I have the issue, I can try to scan it. Oh, well, now I´m off to read the 1986 Lyle Mays feature! eric
Awesome! I have the whole collection and had been missing about 5 issues until just a few months ago. Those older mags are really fun to read and there is a lot of timeless material in there. Enjoy! Regards, Eric
synthetic
I have this fantasy where all of the issues of Keyboard are available on a tiny USB flash drive. It is sent to me in the mail, complements of the editor, with every issue since I subscribed in 1984. Prior issues are available for purchase as well, they just unlock from the drive. Oh, and I just won a Moog IIIc modular. And my wife is thrilled! Just bring it right back here, gents...

I prefer printed paper, but if that´s not possible, I´ll take anything holding the content. Originally posted by synthetic: Oh, and I just won a Moog IIIc modular. And my wife is thrilled! GregH
Just out of curiosity, what's the name on the mailing label? After many years of storing them, I finally parted with about 80 early Keyboard mags a year or so back. Was wondering where they ended up.
RABid
I would like the have the first issue. Wonder how much it goes for now? What I really might consider is getting one issue from each year. That way you can look at the advertisements and see how keyboards have evolved. Robert This post edited for speling. robmix
I used to have most of the issues from about '80 on and I even had Mix from then as well (got those from my college professor), but after years of dragging them around the country I finally had to toss them. I kept some key issues but I do miss them when I'm looking for something to read. Lately I've started to keep them again. Electronic Musician still goes in the trash as soon as I'm done though.
