Dan South
Why can't Stylus find the .dat file? The installation and authorization went fine. The Black Knight always triumphs!
Dave The Rave
Hi Dan, Your best bet is to join the Spectrasonics Yahoo group and ask there. Eric Persing (spectrumep) and his team answer questions like this on there everyday. They are very quick to solve issues like this. I suspect that they will ask you to "repair permissions" twice and they try again. Do you know how to do this? (Oh, I'm assuming you are having this problem on a Mac, right?) :DTR Cambrian Guitars

Magpel
URK, baby, I hope this is a joke. I hope you don't hink Dan South is a Warez kind of guy. In fact I think his high school class voted him least likely to use cracked software. Dan South
Mag, Thanks! I've emailed my question to Spectrasonics. I just thought that someone here might have known the answer off the top of their heads. Oh, and by the way... CRAX R KNOT US The Black Knight always triumphs! Dan South
The secret is to put an alias to the file in the HD/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/Components folder. The alias must have the exact same name as the file, i.e. no "alias" in the name. The Black Knight always triumphs!
