The only thing I liked it for was playing pad like chords with the EP2, it did that very well because it sounded so fat. I didn't like it for soloing. The piano sounded dated to me, like a 1980's electric piano. It did cut well for rock and roll, which I don't play. I much prefer a Yamaha P250 piano, Roland RD700 or a Kurzweil PC2X. MAYBE try Caruso Music on the East Coast Harry Likas was the Technical Editor of Mark Levine's "The Jazz Theory Book" and also helped develop "The Jazz Piano Book."
