Benjy
OK, so my 15-year-old Roland D20 is showing some signs of its age -- some of the buttons are being less-than-perfectly responsive (I have to push them down pretty hard to get them to work). I called a few places and the general concensus is that it probably needs a good cleaning. To all you DIYers out there...is this something that I can tackle myself? I'm fairly confident that I can unscrew some screws, take off the cover, and give it a few blasts of compressed air (i've done that with many a computer), but I'm concerned that there might be steps I need to take first before opening it up... any thoughts? eric
I've found that ElectroWash does wonders in situations like this. You can buy it at Electronics stores and I think Radio Shack carries it. Regards, Eric
