b_3guy
I downloaded this refill over the weekend & it's great! Sounds every bit as good as Lounge Lizard, where the samples came from, & EVP73/88. Doesn't have the adjustments that LL or EVP have but neither did the original Rhodes Suitcase, but both the normal & tremolo sample sets sound like they're supposed to, like the Suitcase Rhodes. If you need to add a little high end Reason's NN-XT will allow it, add some distortion there's Scream 4, reverb from the RV7000, or use Reason's other effects to totally twist it up. I found out about it at Propellerhead's site. I then tried to download it all weekend, something was wrong with the site. It finally worked Mon am. You may do the honours if you want!! I think I'm one of the few that use Reason as a sample playback of mostly acoustic sounds, as opposed to Dance Mix Analog Synth sounds, so I'm unfamiliar with all the Reason sites. I use it with Digital Performer's Midi firing Reason with ReWire. I think it's a great program to have in your toolbox. Kind of like a Swiss Army Knife.
