Steve LeBlanc
EDITED for correct keyboard, oops ...this morning on the TODAY Show, I caught part of it before I left for work this morning...she sounded pretty good....nice to hear a WURLY being played anyway. http://www.youtube.com/notesleb
FrankieP
She was great in Leno last night... Gotta go out and get her cd!
Mark Zeger
Wait a minute... Did she play the Tonight Show in LA last night (taping starts at 3pm Pacific/6pm Eastern), and Today this morning (7am Eastern)? Either one performance was recorded earlier, or that's a brutal schedule!
Steve LeBlanc
I think playing LA at 3PM pacific and doing a morning performance in New York (live at 9:30AM pacific) is reasonable...especially when you have money for techs/stagehands and such. She's promoting her CD, it's pretty standard for a Grammy winning artist to do a week or two of TV/Radio shows all close together. Mariah Carey passed out under the stress on her last big promotional run ...haha...Norah won't keep that schedule up, she'll be fine. http://www.youtube.com/notesleb
Mark Zeger
I figure you schedule all the NYC shows together (Today, Letterman, Conan, Regis & Kelly, The View, etc.) vs. the LA shows (Tonight, Kimmell, Kilborn, Ellen, etc.). Then, you drop by Chicago to visit Oprah.
songrytr
Seems like the Rhodes is coming back around quite a bit. Maybe I should pull my Dyno'd Suitcase 73 out of storage? Might be the cool thing to do. this house is empty now...
Steve LeBlanc
don't know about how cool a thing to do it is but it should sound pretty good. http://www.youtube.com/notesleb
ELP71
That's funny, but it looked and sounded like a Wurly to me... Weasels ripped my flesh. Rzzzzzzz.
Jeff Klopmeyer
It was definitely a Nord Lead. No...I love Norah, love Steve and love Rhodeses, so I won't even go there. - Jeff Marketing Communications for MI/Pro Audio My solo music and stuff They Stole My Crayon

DanS
Funny, my first thought was that she must have switched. She played a Wurly when I saw her in Montreal, and on her New Orleans DVD.
