Jeff Klopmeyer Posted January 1, 2004 Share Posted January 1, 2004 Well... 1. Learn a graphics application like Photoshop. 2. Create something, either from scratch or via making use of existing graphics elements. 3. Keep it rather small (although I'm guilty of not obeying this rule always). A file size of around 20k, roughly 1.5" x 1.5", should be fine. 4. You can animate an avatar the same way any animation is created...by making several different images that play in a loop. There are several applications that allow for the creation of animated GIF images. I use GifBuilder. 5. When you're happy with your graphic for your avatar, post it on a web site, then go to your Music Player profile and enter the exact web address of the graphic file.
