Jeez, and only 6178 edits on the vocal track alone.... :freak:

It is an impressive CD, but I feel that in his quest to time correct EVERYTHING and make each note/sound/squeak/raindrop/fart sample-accurate, he's sucked the life and soul out of the tracks. It's more than a little sterile in places.

Nothing tops some of the tracks on Movementin Still Life IMNSHO.

I wonder if the track is an homage to the Beatles. :)

Yeah, yeah...

...All you need is love.

Doron and felix, I guess I'll have to pick up the CD! :thu:

bleen, I generally dislike that overquantized/sample accurate approach for most types of music, but I enjoy it in this style. In this case, I see it as a statement rather than as a crutch. To each his/her own! ;)

In all honesty, that song is ok, but the others are not as good as I expected. I say this becuase his last album had 5 or 6 great songs, this one has 1-2. Can't win them all.

Live 6, Battery 3, Project 5, Atmosphere, Albino 2, Minimoog V, Oddity, Nord 2X, Proteus 2K

The more I listen to the whole CD, the more I like it. I don't mind the time-correction, but I could do with fewer stutter edits.

Oh, and I think the cover art is pretty goofy.

I understand he's touring with a full band in Spring 2004. I've seen him a couple of times before, and he puts on a great show.
