Anderton
For what it's worth, Paul Gallo of UEM has issued a statement that we will be attending and supporting the re-scheduled AES. Of course, it's not as big a deal since their base of operations is in NY, but the California group will also be attending, as will I (unless instructed otherwise; I live in Florida). I agree that now is the time to get behind NYC and the AES. I'm sure some companies are pulling out because of the proximity of the new dates to NAMM, and the feeling that they can't pull off two trade shows in rapid succession, then do Frankfurt as well. soapbox
I support AES in NYC, and I'm still hoping to attend. Since I said my piece in the MPER thread, I'll stop here and be satisfied that this thread is now back at the top of the SSS page. Take care all, Geoff Enthusiasm powers the world. BP3
It seems the European shows may be the hardest hit. I'm fairly comfortable with flying inside of this country, but I don't much like the idea of being overseas when the shit hits the fan.
Anderton
<> Yeah, I'm wondering about that myself. I'm scheduled to play over in Germany and Switzerland at the end of October, and REALLY want to go. But I would flip out if I was over there, my family was over here, and something like a nuclear device went off...maybe I should just bring the family with me.
