skyy38
Is there any such animal available nowadays that can do what the Strummer did? It was way cool!I called up one of the patterns and did a dead on rendition of the "Crazy On You" acoustic guitar part on a keyboard.Awesome!!! Thanks! zeronyne
Try the digitar: Charlie Labs\' Digitar You strum the simulated strings instead of the keyboard, but the theory is identical. You can contact them at info@charlielab.com "For instance" is not proof.
SoundMeister
Maybe the Suzuki Q Chord. I'm pretty sure it's currently in production. ~Peter Schouten Pyramid Sound Productions http://www.pyramid-sound.com

dementia13
Maybe the Creamware 6-string. There's a trick in Logic you can do for that effect, in the Quantize menu there's a setting called "flam" that gives a strumming effect to chords. It's available in Logic Platinum, I'm not sure about Gold, not in Silver.
Mike Martin
One device that can do "strums" is the Kurzweil ExpressionMate. You can play a chord then slide across the ribbon for the strum. It takes a little getting used to but its a very cool device for all kinds of things. Another choice would be a Moitf ES. Its does some of the most convincing guitar parts I've ever heard. -Mike Martin Casio Mike Martin Photography Instagram Facebook The Big Picture Photography Forum on Music Player Network The opinions I post here are my own and do not represent the company I work for.
