Sure. There are MIDI ins and outs in the PowerPulsar routing window. Go into the Cubase Devices section and make sure they're active, then choose the appropriate MIDI output (e.g., the one driving the Modular III) in the Cubase MIDI track you want to have driving the Modular III.

The CreamWare synths rock!!! Minimax and Six-String are unreal.

Thanks for the reply!

Actually now I have a midi problem with that.

When I hooked up my keyboard controller midi I/O directly to the Creamware midi I/O, it had no problem, it was perfectly working. However when I connected them thru the midi interface (i had checked everything is ok), it was like no midi signal going thru at all. Is there any specific setting that I must look at?

Thanks.

I'll second that regarding the MiniMax. Definitely one of the most authentic MiniMoog emulations I've heard (despite the fact that I don't much care for the guy who runs the company).

What kind of MIDI interface are you talking about? Do you mean the computer MIDI interface, or is it something outboard, like rack gear? If it's outboard, maybe you have some routing set up where it's not connecting the channel your keyboard's on to the Creamware's channel. If it's connected through the computer, then you probably need to look at how your sequencer (which are you using?) is routing the MIDI. For instance, in Logic, you go to the environment window, and connect your MIDI instruments to the appropriate output ports. You have to get this right to get sound out, and it can be tricky to get right. Especially if your interface doesn't work right and its manufacturer went down a month after you bought it.

I have connected the midi controller I/O directly to Luna2 midi I/O and it works fine. The problem right now concerning sequencing is that when I open Cubase SX along with the Scope platform panel, choose the right midi I/O port in Cubase which is Creamware, Cubase sequencer doesn't get the midi signal. Is it something to do with the midi set up in the Scope routing window or something?

Thanks.

I'm not sure if I understand your question, so forgive me if this doesn't answer it...but I never expect to see input into Cubase from my Pulsar, anyway. I play into (Logic) from my keyboard, and (with my current setup) the keyboard is recording into Logic and playing the Pulsar: it's routed to both through my MIDI interface. Then, on playback, Logic routes that sound to the Pulsar. Your needs may differ, but I don't have a need for MIDI out from the Pulsar, since the keyboard is the source, Logic holds the sequencing data, and I'm never going to send sysex dumps from the Pulsar because I can simply save that Pulsar setup along with my song. I hope that helps.
