gtrmac Posted December 2, 2002 Posted December 2, 2002 The RME Hammerfall-DSP System is as good as it gets. You can get a PCI card and a Cardbuss card and use 1 breakout box with both computers. They're not cheap though. Mac Bowne G-Clef Acoustics Ltd. Osaka, Japan
Dylan Posted December 2, 2002 Posted December 2, 2002 Check out both the Echo Mona and Layla 24 here . Both work with either a PCI card or PCMCIA and have fabulous low latency drivers that are rock solid! I use the Mona myself and it is by far the best interface that I have ever used.
qpw_dup1 Posted December 5, 2002 Author Posted December 5, 2002 Thanks for your replies. If I would choose an external card, powered by the usb port, what suggestions do you have then? Rgds, Peter
