Valkyrie Sound
Anyone use one of these: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1940625871 Do they work well? I'm thinking of one to use with ProTools.... Good support? Experiences? offramp
I finally bought one just the other day, after heavy recommendations from a small handful of people who are terribly happy with theirs. I have yet to get it set up, but so far, it looks like 'the shit' for us budget-challenged folk. I've upped my standards; now, up yours.
not Cereal
heck, i'll buy one if someone can confirm it works well without taking too-much cpu time i'd mostly use it for protools le 5.1.1 on a mac if someone is using it for that let me know
dlbmusic
I do!!!! It's GREAT!! I got one in Feb when I started doing alot of Voice over editing for a 30 min radio show that is done out of here. I use it with Logic audio Plat 5.5, on a PC. Everthing is assignable and its been a GREAT thing. You can also set it up so it will be assigned to work with different programs differently. As in...with logic I use 1 set of buttom(all of them) assignments, and with FLP I use another... and it automatically switches its setup depending on which program is open. :thu: :thu: Tim Dolbear De La Bear Music Group Eclectica Recordings Eclectica Studios www.eclecticarecordings.com www.mixposse.com "That singer's pitch was a knuckle ball!!!" not Cereal
it looks like if you use a pre-OSX mac that you have to disable your "hot function" keys (f1-f15) for opening apps. is this true, and is there a workaround? i've grown quite accustomed to launching apps with the function keys rather than hunting for the constantly moving icons
