soapbox Posted September 14, 2002 Posted September 14, 2002 My wife and I have a friend in New York named Sharon Badal. She has had her share of heartaches in life. A few years ago, she donated some of her bone marrow to help her sister live; but it was to no avail. Last year, she lost a close friend, New York firefighter Capt. Joe Farrelly, in the World Trade Center attack. Yet, out of that tragedy came a wonderful addition to her life. The New York Daily News has written an article about this. I'd like to share it with all of you. Click here to read about it. Sharon was also kind enough to share a diary with us of her life in New York just after the events of September 11th. I posted those words in this thread last year. It is a very powerful read! My best to all of you, Geoff Enthusiasm powers the world. Craig Anderton's Archiving Article
