I'm ready for some football!!

In the past decade I've become the master of tailgating, because that's the only thing I can count on being good as a Redskins fan. This year, who knows.

 

Lavar's going to kick some ass, but I don't have much faith in our offence with Spurrier likely to underuse Stephen Davis. Should be a fun change in DC in any case, and I really like the throwback 70th aniversary uniforms. I hope I'll be as entertained by the Redskins play.

 

Anybody else getting fired up for this weekend?

Me too, Mr. Arts. Heading out right now to watch my Giants kickoff the season. I don't really like the idea of a Thursday night opener. Takes some of the kick out of the first Sunday.

 

Giants get SF this week, the Rams next. How cruel and unusual is that for a young team with an O line that has about 12 games combined NFL experience? (except for Jason Whittle and Dusty Zeigler).

I am definately going to watch the RAVENS this weekend . See if Jamal Lewis can bring back some magic .

The uniform is very much like the late 60's uniform of Jurgensen's era. That's when I went to my first game with my dad, back in '67.

Hmmmm. My 49ers looked a bit sloppy, and Terrell had a lousy day. I now need heart surgery after watching Cortez.

 

The W still counts though.
