johnny4 Posted August 25, 2002 Posted August 25, 2002 I just purchased a midiman BiPort 2x4 seriel interface for my keyboard. I built my computer in 1998 (a M751, 66mhz bus) and it has one seriel port connected to the motherboard. I assume that I will have to buy a ISA seriel bus card to get the second port. My question is two-part. 1-which connection(motherboard or card) will give me the best results as far as noise and speed? 2-do I have to do anything special to set up a second port or will win98 do it for me?
