EricG Posted July 12, 2002 Posted July 12, 2002 I am looking for the MP3 examples from the Joey DeFrancesco master class from the June 99 Keyboard Magazine. The files should be at this page http://archive.keyboardonline.com/master/joeyd/joeyd.shtml, but the links are dead. I have tried to download the files at several times with no luck. (I guess the old keyboard site is not maintained by anyone... !?) Well I would be more than happy if someone who had these examples on their hard drive would take some time and mail them to me. my mail address segrongs@online.no thanks I am actually going thru a musical horizon opening these days!!! I have never been into the organ kind of thing, but now is the time... (Piano, rhodes, synthesizers, sequencing, etc has been my bag until now.) Ordered an Korg CX3 today and I am really exited about it. I do some gospel gigs so some organ playing is in place
EricG Posted July 12, 2002 Author Posted July 12, 2002 Sorry, the link in my post above does not take you directly to the DeFrancesco master class, but can be found under the masterclass heading.
JimmieWannaB Posted August 8, 2002 Posted August 8, 2002 Do you still need the files? I think I have them on an old PC at home. Won't bother looking until I hear from you. Since we're in Keyboard Mag's Forum, I should also make sure sending them to you doesn't cause legal problems (this ain't Kazaa).
EricG Posted August 8, 2002 Author Posted August 8, 2002 I still need them, if it is not to much job for you to find those files.
JimmieWannaB Posted August 12, 2002 Posted August 12, 2002 Sorry, couldn't find the files. I have a handful of Master Class files left - Jan Garfinkle Basic Blues Workout, Before Mignight ('Round Midnight variations), and Richard Tee The Natural. Don't know what happen to the others. When Keyboard Magazine used to post them, I'd pull off the files to work through the exercises. It's a shame they stopped; it was a great service. (Anyone at KB listening?)

Jazzmammal Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 12 years! But it's cool though, good topic and now I have to go and dl those files. Bob Hammond SK1, Mojo 61, Kurzweil PC3, Korg Pa3x, Roland FA06, Band in a Box, Real Band, Studio One, too much stuff...
JoJoB3 Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 Does it matter how old info is? Anyway, the Goldings one seems to be the more useful out of the bunch.
