OT - The Best Sandwich?

I've eaten one of dB's Philly Cheesesteaks, which absolutely freakin' rule.

 

I'm really in this torta phase right now. I'm crazy about tortas. With carne asada, naturally. Tortas, after all, are sort of like a Mexican Philly Cheesesteak, no?

 

If you are going to make a sandwich from stuff from a grocery store, I gotta say that Trader Joe's Cracked Wheat Sourdough Bread are the makings of a good sandwich. I use Vegenaise because it tastes great and is not as "slimey" as regular mayonnaise, German mustard (I'm currently using Dusseldorf style), red onions, turkey, clover sprouts, spring mix lettuce, and Roma or hot-house tomatoes, and it's a pretty damn good sandwich. For cheese, it depends....goat cheese, Swiss cheese, occasionally sharp cheddar.
