RABid
Does anyone know what keyboard was used by The Fixx? I always like the organic sounds on songs such as Saved by Zero. Almost a formant filter sound, but I don't think there were "formant" filters back then. Robert This post edited for speling. Umbra
They are touring the US right now so you may be able to go see yourself, Rupert (and the rest of the guys) are always out after the show and willing to talk. I don't remember the keyboards off hand but he does use a fair amount of breath controller.

RobertI remember reading an interview with Rupert Greenall. He claimed that, of the four keyboards in his rig, only one of them had a MIDI interface (Wavestation). He also had a PPG Wave 2.3, but I don't remember what the other two were, but I'll bet that one of them was a Prophet 5. Check out http://www.thefixx.com for more... The Black Knight always triumphs!
