Lap
I have been using a Korg I2 for the past three years that I bought used for $1500. We do close to 200 shows a year and the board is currently on it's death bed at a repair shop. Can any one recommend a durable board with an excellent bass sound(I do all the bass lines), piano,60s organ and that can split. Leaving tommorow for two big shows up north and did not want to spend the rental money. Thanks Mark
Krakit
Find yourself a good module (like the Alesis QSR) and a quality midi controller. The module should last long after you're sick of it and you can always replace midi conrollers in short order. Carl
Felix_dup1
Check out the Triton Le 76 - only thing you may find lacking is the piano (though it must be as good as the i3, probably better even). You may also try finding an Alesis QS7.1 should do nicely... I'd also consider the Yamaha S80 (though it's weighted, as opposed to your i3's non-weighted keyboard). As for other 76-key boards, I think the rest are workstations, like the MOTIF7 or Fantom. Do you use the sequencer on the i3? Are you looking for another workstation, or would a synth do? Postman
A lot of people on this board are fans of the Alesis QS 8.1, and Sweetwater's selling them for a grand.

BassGuy
K2500, if drawbars on the organ sounds would help. Too bad the Yamaha EX series is discontinued, it also had great "dial a drawbar" sounds.
