Bobro
I was 14 last time I gave a hoot about how old I was... that was 20 years ago. My how time flies when you're having fun. All my life I've gotten along best with people under 3 and over 75- in my musical life, everything pales compared to having sung for Dachau survivors or my sister's baby girl. At 15 it's time to be concentrating on getting laid as well as the pondering the dark mysteries of the soul- maybe at 80 we'll see that's all one, too. Thanks for this thread, it reminds me of my great-grandmother, a fiery rag-time-piano rippin' red-head 'til 96 years of age. I guess it was henna for the hair and the glass of apricot brandy in the morning for the health, but the music came from somewhere else. -CB

soapbox
I turned 43 on the day after Christmas. Not only do I share my birthday with the Christmas season, I also share it with my parents' wedding anniversary (they were married four years on the day I was born). At least I'm not Canadian or English. Otherwise, I would have to share my birthday with Boxing Day as well. Last but not least, I also share my birthday with Phil Spector, which seems fitting since I am a producer as well. ...and now, I've shared my birthday with all of you! ------------------------- BTW, I was also born the same year as Prince, Michael Jackson, and Madonna... ...Maybe I shouldn't have admitted that! b_3guy
People mostly comment that the internet brings people together from all over the world. I think that the diversity is welcome. What they never talk about is age differences. If I was in the local music store I don't thing I would be in a discussion with 20 year olds. But here there is no age disparity. VERY COOL! I'm 46. Old enough to know better, but too young to know the difference. Steve www.seagullphotodesign.com
