Goldberg
Hey, just got the new Keyboard (ok, got it several days ago) and was flipping through it when I came across an add for a pretty cool looking synth from Ketron-a company I've never heard of. It claimed to have the best natural sounds on it, and I'm wondering what you guys think of it. "Bach is ever new"-Glenn Gould
RABid
I am a bit confused about the drum loops. Are they midi patterns of sampled drums, or are they sampled loops? If they are sampled loops can the temp be varied? This post edited for speling. My Sweetwater Gear Exchange Page
Dan O
I few days ago I made a post stating my relationship with Ketron . I work for this company and USA distributor . Ketron was under the name SOLTON since late 70's early 80's . The KETRON name is now what you will see advertised vs. SOLTON . I was introduced to Ketron products by a guy named Ed Cornett ( some people on this Forum may know Ed ). Ketron's niche has always been arranger type keyboards . Manufactured in Italy ,the SD1 is made to compete against Yamaha 9000 pro , ROland VA76 , GEM and TEchnics products. The SD1 does offer very professional sounds and style/loops that can be remixed with other styles . A 6 gig hard drive on board . An onboard vocal kit . Sample your own harmonized vocal parts . I am not sure how to bring up the threads I have posted before ? Look for more details on other post. Happy New Year !
