Joystick-controlled Pitch/Mod

I wanted to ask if any of you guys knows if there is any kind of external MIDI joystick for controlling pitch and MIDI CC's (like the spring-loaded joysticks used on Roland and Korg synths), in order to add it to my gig setup that includes a Fatar keyboard controller (to me, pitch/mod wheels really suck). I particularly like the one that's available as a controller module for the Analogue Systems Sorcerer.
