Denis007
Hello, I am planning to buy a good arranger keyboard(KORG PA80 or KETRON X1)but I am also impressed with Roland XP-30 sounds. Please could you compare the sounds of those boards because I would like to know if I have to buy both XP-30 and one of the arrangers or just an arranger would be enought to produce sounds with XP-30 quality. I know that PA80 has similar sound machine as TRITON. Thanks a lot ! Denis
Dan O
Denis, The X1 vs. PA80 ? The X1 sounds more professional in my opinion . The sounds are more natural ( on X1) vs. synthetic ( PA80) . The styles and drums on the X1 are much better as well on the X1 . Please remember that the X1 comes with options such as on board hard drive and vocal kit . Ketron has mastered the use of a hard drive with their products vs. Korg trying to catch up ! The vocal kit with Ketron products is the best on the market ! The Xp30 is certainly a very nice synth keyboard . It would compliment the Ketron X1 . Dano www.esnips.com/web/SongsfromDanO
coren
you can always just buy one of the two arrangers and then get a roland module, if you like the sounds like the jp1080 or jp2080 i havent had the chance to compare the two but in writing is SUPOSEDLY the same....
