Russ Kidd Posted November 10, 2001 Share Posted November 10, 2001 Anyone know anything more about an all-day event that was announced in Keyboard recently to be held tomorrow, Nov. 10, at Musicians Institute in Hollywood? The original blurb in Keyboard said it was to be product demos, clinics, and performances and would be co-sponsored by Keyboard and EQ mags. By the way, I was down at the Musicians Institute last Tuesday night for a Cubase users meeting and the parking was impossible. There was at least one grand opening going on in the area. Even the parking lot across the street from MI was full. I drove around for a half hour and couldn't find a spot. I finally stopped and got a bite to eat and then resumed my search for a parking place. Finally found one about a five-minute walk away. That new complex on the corner of Hollywood and Highland has its grand opening tonight. Whether there will be any residual effect for tomorrow, I don't know.
