RABid
I dont know if anyone else has this problem. I cannot remember what year I started back to college? What year I moved to Louisville? What year I bought a favorite keyboard? What I do remember is what band I was in and what new songs we were learning during those times. Does anyone know a web site with a good song database? Artist name, song name, date of release, date on charts, etc? This would be very helpful for someone like me who has no concept of time or dates. This post edited for speling. I have no idea when you started college, moved to Louisville, or bought a favorite keyboard... but if I had to guess I'd say 1985, 1979, and 1991. dansouth
I usually remember the dates of events by remembering who I was dating at the time. (I guess that's why the call it dating.)
marino
Rabid, it seems we've something else in common, other than the Chroma and maybe some other synth (XP-80? Can't remember... ). I can't remember the date of anything. The aproximate period of my life, yes - the year, no. My ex-wife used to remember the exact date (year, month and day!) of just about every single event of her life, just thinking about it. Me, I'm clueless. I don't know what it is - not a generic memory problem, I can play classical music by heart with a certain easiness for example. And it was always like this, even when I was much younger. Maybe it's just the fact that I don't condider my life as divided in boxes called 'years'... marino
RABid
Thanks Roto. Nice site. In fact, the first site I found that listed The Bonedaddys. Nothing for sell by that group, but they did acknowledge their past existance so I am getting closer. This post edited for speling. The good news is that I don't seem to be growing any older, the bad news is I don't seem to be growing up, either. -CB
